Returns

Medicine can offer exchanges, refunds or store credit both for online and in-store purchases. Except for sale items. 

Online: 14 days from the date of delivery.

In-store: 14 days from date of purchase. 

Conditions:

Proof of purchase - For online purchases, forward us the digital receipt you received after your purchase to info@wearmedicine.com.au  

For in-store purchases a printed receipt will be required.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and unused with all tags attached and in saleable condition.

If 14 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

The shipping cost for change of mind returns is at the customer's expense. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wearmedicine.com.au and send your item to:

Items can be exchanged in the same style, for a different size or colour. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so ensure it’s packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
