What payments options do you offer?
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ShopifyPay, AfterPay and AMEX - yes we do AMEX too!
How long will it take for my prescription to arrive?
We will aim to get your Medicine to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive it.
Is it urgent? We also offer Express Post, which takes 1-2 business days.
What are the costs for Standard shipping and Express?
We have a $10 flat rate. But if you wish to have it delivered ASAP, the rate for Express Post is $20.
If you buy 2 items or more (the total price must be over $140) we send the whole lot to you for free - wherever you are!
Alternatively, you can now purchase online and pick-up at our Newtown shop located on 150 King street.
Can I track the status of my prescription delivery?
Sure you can! Once your Medicine is posted you will get a tracking number so you can see where your Medicine dose is at - here's the link to AusPost tracking services.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Exchanges and returns are applicable 14 days from the date that you received Medicine. And 14 days after the date of purchase for in-store purchases.To be eligible, Medicine items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original saleable condition with all tags intact. We also require a proof of purchase. Forward us the digital receipt you received after you placed your order or bring your printed receipt if you purchased in person at our Newtown shop. Do you offer refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if the size of my Medicine is incorrect?
We are happy to exchange it for the correct size as long as it has not been worn, washed or used and all tags are attached. Email us at email@example.com
I'm prescribing some Medicine to a friend. Do you do gift wrapping?
All Medicine is wrapped in our custom tissue paper with our Medicine sticker at no extra cost. But if you would like to have additional wrapping services just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
